Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and others) – participate in developing marketing strategy, implement campaign, create posts, respond to comments and inquiries accordingly, amend campaign as needed
Website Maintenance– participates in planning sessions and actively update site with photos, copy and seminar schedules. Review Google Analytics to insure we are receiving appropriate data for decision making process
Copywriting– under the direction of the marketing department you will write copy that will be used in the annual show program (print version distributed at the event and e magazine format)
Design and Layout- may be asked to design simple pieces for various marketing projects and website content and participate in the layout and execution of eblasts using MyEmma
Data Entry – building MyEmma email marketing lists from authorization forms collected at events, building lists of potential exhibitors
Research- update database of marketing opportunities (including print, digital and broadcast) in current and potential DMAs
Skills in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are preferred.
Compensation: $10. Per hour
Position available late August 2019 through mid March 2020. There is opportunity to return for August 2020 – March 2021.
Time requirement: In office 2-3 days per week, preferably 3 days per week January- March. Our office is located at 6405 Dr MLK Jr Blvd., Anderson, IN 46013. For the right person we can be flexible on days and hours, some remote work hours may be possible.
